They have four delicious vegan burger options, as well as plenty of vegan sides if you’re wanting that little bit extra.

If you like a bit of spice, the vegan Caribbean burger is definitely worth a try!

Consisting of a grilled B12 Moving Mountains Burger, stuffed inside a vegan sesame bun with caramelised sweet potatoes, maple vegan bacon, crispy fried onions and spicy vegan mayo – absolutely delicious!

Seeds For The Soul are on Uber Eats, and they’re 100% proud to offer delicious vegan meals without harming any animals in the process.

Whether it’s breakfast or brunch, their menu is absolutely packed with options from hot dogs, to burgers, to wraps and even vegan poutine!

We’d highly recommend you try their bowls, filled with unique flavours and fresh ingredients bound to make you feel good.

Try the Asian bowl, featuring 5 spice vegan chicken, fried spring onion, sesame rice noodles, lettuce, carrots, avocado, cilantro, rocket & spinach, and a ginger/garlic tamari dressing.

8. Sora Lella Vegan Roman Restaurant

Say hello to the first 100% vegan Italian restaurant in Edinburgh – pretty impressive right?

Led by a small Italian family, their main aim was to recreate all their favourite Italian dishes after they all decided to become vegan.

Highlights from the menu include a creamy parmigiana di melanzane with layers of aubergine and slow cooked tomato sauce and the gnocchi with cheesy pesto!

If that isn’t enough to make your mouth water, Sora Lella have an amazing selection of white pizzas that are super cheesy and creamy.

They only use vegan ingredients which is what makes this Italian restaurant very unique in Edinburgh, the first of many vegan Italian restaurants we’re sure!
