Log into your online account and find your unique code, you can share this with friends and earn yourself some extra cash for next year. You will receive your money once both you and your friend have settled in with us next year.
Can’t find your unique code on your account? Head to your property team who will show you where it is.

To bag the cashback, first you need to have booked a room at one of our fabulous student properties.
Tell your friends about us
Time to spread the word! There’s no limit to the number of referrals we’re giving out, give them your UNIUQE code, SIMPLE!
When they book, they provide your Unique CODE
Make sure your mates provide your unique code when they book! All you need to do now is chill out and wait for the cashback to spend on whatever you please!
You earn cashback once they move in
Once your friends have moved in with us and paid the first month’s rent, you’ll get your rewards. Easy.
To rebook your room simply log on, click ‘create application’ and select ‘returning student’.
