Where the Story Begins

Prestige Student Living is the luxury brand within the Homes for Students family, which has been looking after students across the UK and Ireland since 2015. Today, the group cares for more than 60,000 beds across over 200 properties. From private studios with room to breathe to stylish shared apartments made for social butterflies, there’s a space for every kind of student. That’s our story so far. Now, what about yours?

It probably begins with a nervous moment. Waiting for your results, perhaps, or meeting your flatmates for the first time. The good news is that you won’t be alone. Every year, thousands of new and returning students arrive at our buildings feeling the same way. Our on-site teams will be there to welcome you, so make a point of saying hello once you’ve settled in.

Where Friendships Take Shape

Friendships begin in the shared kitchen, the communal lounge and the corridors on the way home after a big night out. Depending on where you choose to live, your new home might include a gym, a private cinema room and beautifully designed social spaces. Our residents’ app, KLIQ, keeps you connected to your community, letting you book activities, join our events and enter our regular giveaways at the touch of a button. You might arrive not knowing a soul, but you could leave knowing the city like the back of your hand.

Finding Your Rhythm

Before long, life in your new home starts to take shape. It might be a weekly workout with a friend, or a late-night study session that keeps you and your flatmates on track. What matters are the moments you share and the memories you make in even the simplest routines. Soon enough, your room becomes a calm space to switch off at the end of a long day. Your bills are included in your rent and our on-site maintenance team take care of any issues as they arise, so there’s less to think about and more time to enjoy everything university has to offer.

Always in Your Corner

Settling in comes easily to some and takes a little longer for others. That’s completely fine. Whether it’s a leaking tap or a difficult week, our friendly team are here to help. We’re also proud partners of Student Minds, the UK’s student mental health charity, so support is there whenever you need it.

The truest answer to what life with us is like comes from the students who’ve lived it. That’s why the Global Student Living (GSL) Awards mean so much to us. There’s no judging panel, just honest feedback from students about the places they’ve called home.

Prestige Student Living has plenty to be proud of. In 2025, The Place in Nottingham won Best Learning Environment, and in 2026, Onyx in Birmingham took home Best Individual Property. In the 2025 GSL Index, 18 more of our properties earned Platinum status, the highest standard a property can achieve, and another 60 earned Gold.

As part of the Homes for Students family, we’re also backed by the first purpose-built student accommodation provider to earn Investor in Students Gold, awarded in 2022, and the winner of Operator of the Year at the 2025 Property Week Student Accommodation Awards.
