Onyx Wins Best Individual Property at the GSL Awards 2026

Onyx has been named Best Individual Property in the UK and Ireland at the GSL Awards 2026, and we couldn’t be prouder. Our superb Birmingham student accommodation beat four other shortlisted buildings to take the title, and it’s you, our residents, who made it happen.

Why Does This Award Matter?

While many top industry awards are decided behind closed doors, the GSL awards work differently. The results are entirely decided by students, with their own experiences and feelings informing how they vote.

The property was also shortlisted for the Best Learning Environment award, so it was a huge night for everyone involved with Onyx.
