About The Propeller Quarter
Brand new student living. Now open in Brabazon.
Welcome to The Propeller Quarter – a brand-new student community in Brabazon, North Bristol, now open for the 2026/27 academic year.
With all utility bills included, high-speed Wi-Fi and a huge range of spaces to study, work out, relax and socialise, The Propeller Quarter is designed to make student life easier – and a lot more fun.
Choose from ensuite rooms in shared apartments or your own private studio, with options to suit different budgets, lifestyles and needs.
And then there’s everything outside your front door. The Propeller Quarter is part of the new Brabazon neighbourhood, with cafés, food, green space, leisure facilities and transport links all nearby. UWE Frenchay and Bristol Parkway are easily accessible, while the new Brabazon train station, opening in November, provides a direct connection towards Bristol Temple Meads.

At The Propeller Quarter, you've got plenty of space to make your own.
