Our brand-new student accommodation in Edinburgh, The Pepper Mill, opened in September 2025 and promises to deliver everything you need for a successful university experience.
The Pepper Mill features carefully designed studios that each include their own kitchenette with appliances, an ensuite bathroom, and furniture.
Away from your room, our impressive selection of on-site amenities elevates your everyday. Relax in our residents' lounge, filled with comfortable seating for you and your friends to enjoy. Alternatively, hunker down in our co-working space and library. In the evening, step into the games room for a friendly game of Mahjong.
For quieter nights, the cinema room is the place to enjoy a blockbuster on our huge 98” screen. Meanwhile, Mrs Clerk’s kitchen is available to book when you need more space to prepare. When you’re in a hurry, simply grab a pastry and get your morning off to a great start.
Fitness is another important aspect of student life, so we’ve equipped our on-site gym with the best machines to keep you fit and healthy. Our laundry room and bicycle storage keep your day running smoothly, while your safety is enhanced by CCTV systems and secure gated entry.
Connectivity is key for so many, which is why our superfast WiredScoreTM Certified Wi-Fi ensures 250mbps speeds throughout the building.
