Tribu Kingston

At Tribu, we offer premium student accommodation in Kingston-upon-Thames, built around one simple idea. Where you live should bring people together. Tribu is not just a home, it's a lifestyle.

Located in one of the safest boroughs right on the doorstep of London, Kingston is nestled in a leafy, riverside location with easy access to everything the capital has to offer.

Wherever you choose to explore, the excellent transport links make Tribu the ideal base. There are two mainline train stations, a network of bus routes, and major motorways close by, so discovering London and beyond has never been easier.

If you ever fancy a holiday or you're flying home, Heathrow and Gatwick are easily accessible by both train and bus. Our dedicated Community Manager, with extensive local knowledge, will help you feel right at home from day one.

Tribu sits in the heart of Kingston town centre, just half a mile from Kingston University's Penrhyn Road campus. That's a quick 12-minute walk from lectures and seminars, so you spend less time commuting and more time living.

Our modern, stylish apartments are designed for people who want a proper home at the centre of a thriving community. Varying in style and size, so you get to choose what suits you best. Every apartment comes fully equipped with a kitchen, ensuite bathroom and everything you need to move straight in.

Life is busy enough. At Tribu, we've built spaces that make it easier to switch off, connect, and enjoy yourself. Take a breath on the rooftop terrace with views over Kingston. Gather your friends in the private dining room and large communal kitchen for a proper Come Dine With Me night. Then head downstairs to the private cinema and catch a film on our 130" widescreen, a genuinely great way to end the evening.

At Tribu, we believe your space should always feel welcoming. Every resident receives one complimentary room refresh clean each month, keeping your home feeling fresh without lifting a finger. For those who want more frequent cleans or a deeper refresh, flexible options are available at an affordable fee, designed to fit around your schedule, whatever that looks like.

Need a hand with errands? Our concierge service is here for you. From arranging dry cleaning pick-up and storage solutions to coordinating deep cleaning and bike rentals, we're here to make your day-to-day easier. Pre-ordering essentials like bed packs, kitchen packs or a desk with installation? Consider it sorted. Have a special request? We're happy to help (within reason, of course). All services are added directly to your account for simple pre-payments.

From an on-site concierge dedicated to our Tribers' happiness and wellbeing, to considered design and the highest safety standards, we are committed to making your time here as memorable and hassle-free as possible. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, CCTV, secure electronic door entry and bike storage all come as standard, so you can focus on enjoying where you live.

Once you're ready to unwind, check the resident app to see what the team has planned. An offsite gaming night at an interactive venue? A food truck pulling up onsite? There's only one way to find out, and that's booking your place at Tribu.

We're fully adaptable to your needs, offering a tailored experience from the moment you move in to your very last day with us. Tribu lets you pick your own path.
