The largest of our room styles measuring 28sqm, this room comes equipped with a double bed, kitchenette, large wet room, desk space and dining table with chairs. Within your very own kitchen space you’ll find a sink, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and a hob so you’ll be able to cook as much as you like. This luxurious room also features a double study desk so you can invite a friend over to work with you with your two desk chairs! If you’re keen to meet new people, then head downstairs to our sociable spaces like the picture house or the games room. The Glassworks is located nearby to Northumbria University, Newcastle University, and Newcastle College so no matter where you are studying, you’ll only be a short distance away - forget about trekking to your morning lectures!
Our accommodation for students in Newcastle upon Tyne is located just a 15-minute walk from all the action in the city centre, so you’ll never be far from a good time whether it’s experiencing the Geordie nightlife or getting some retail therapy on the high streets. Our property is also ideally located just a 12-minute walk from Manors train station and Manors metro station, so you’ll have easy access to public transport if you want to go on any trips.
